My computer is beeping. This will not end well.

It's just a beep every now and then, not enough to be obnoxious, but enough to be annoying. Just in case this spells doom, I've backed up my NaNo novel in multiple places (and luckily I've backed up all my other fiction recently).

I returned to my room after a day away, and sixteen IMs are waiting for me.

No, I'm not that popular. All sixteen of them are MSN IMs showing me how their BFF cheated on their boyfriend or how I can find free local sex right NOW if I wanted to.

I finished my geometry midterm last night, turned the entire thing in this morning, and turned the extra credit for one problem in this afternoon.
